“Every time a customer picks up their vehicle from us I want them to not just look at it and see that the scratches and swirls are gone. I don’t want them to just see that it’s glossier, I want them to “FEEL IT”.
I want them to feel every ounce of passion that went into the transformation of their vehicle. I want them to stand in front of their “new” vehicle and feel the 2 hours it took on a 2 x 2 section of a door to remove a ridiculously deep scratch.
I want them to feel the hours of intense concentration while we are applying our ceramic coating to the paint, glass, and rims after the long hours of paint correction. I want them to feel the beginning, middle, and end of the entire process.
At the end of the day, I want each and every customer to not just see the difference in their vehicle, I want them to feel the difference. When they are driving home from our shop in their brand new looking/feeling car, I want them to feel like they have really taken something from the Diamond Auto Detailing experience.
I want them to take home the full understanding of our vision. I’m so grateful that I can go to work and truly change something for the better, and have that change LAST.
